My automobiles original manufacturer's warranty has already expired. Can I enroll in your warranty program?
Absolutely! Your vehicle may be eligible for one of the warranty programs we offer. We offer programs for new and older vehicles and even higher mileage vehicles.
My car has been running okay. Should I look into investing in an extended warranty now?
Most failures occur after this manufacturer’s warranty expires. There are so many components and parts that fail regardless of your vehicles age and driving habits. Additionally, the older a vehicle gets and the more miles driven, will increase the odds of a malfunction or breakdown. By enrolling in an extended warranty earlier, you will have the peace of mind, knowing that should anything occur, you will be protected.
The vehicle I own is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Can I wait to enroll it in an extended warranty or should I invest in one today?
If price is a factor to you, we suggest you enroll earlier rather than later. Pricing is determined by the vehicles make, model, year and overall mileage.
The price of an extended warranty increases as the vehicles age and mileage increase. So we suggest, investing in a warranty program early on in your ownership of your automobile. Additionally, for obvious purposes, it is suggested to always have your car under a warranty program as it is possible to have a lapse in coverage when the manufacturer’s warranty expires and an extended program was not purchased.
I own a vehicle that I am happy with. But what if one day I decide to trade in my auto for another one?
Since you own your current vehicle and do not have extended warranty coverage, it is suggested to have protection put back on through one of our programs. If you decide to sell or trade your vehicle, you can either receive a prorated refund on the unused portion of the warranty or transfer it to the buyer of your vehicle. Either way you can keep your vehicle protected. Lastly, if you are going to sell your vehicle, an extended warranty increases its value. It also gives the buyer peace of mind and helps the vehicle selling process.
Do you have any payment plans to help with the purchase of a warranty program?
We do offer an interest free program. Speak to one of our representatives who will be happy to assist you and discuss your options.
If something happens to my car, how do I file a claim?
If your vehicle needs a repair, you can either drive it or if not drivable, have it towed to your dealer or a licensed repair facility. The repair facility will examine your vehicle and call the claims administration department. Covered repairs are paid directly to the repair facility through a credit card or check. It’s that easy.
Where are the contracts for new and used car extended warranties honored?
You can use any dealership or ASE certified repair facility in the U.S. or Canada. You can also bring your vehicle to most national repair facilities such as Pep Boys, Firestone, AAMCO and a variety or others too. The process is the same all over. The facility will contact the claims administrator and will be paid directly for all covered repairs by a corporate credit card or a check.
Do I have to use their Service Department?
It’s up to you. You can use the dealership where you purchased your vehicle from or any other ASE certified repair facility. Another option for you is the national repair chains. These include Pep Boys, Firestone, AAMCO and many others.
